This is for the bride that just needs someone to strictly to do day of timeline, connect with vendors, and manage ceremony and reception flow. This does not include any help with decor set up or tear down, etc..

Day of Coordinator
$1000 12 hr pkg (decor set up, event and tear down included in time)
This is for the bride that has the all the planning done
but needs someone who shares her vision and makes sure everything is set up and runs smoothly. We will have 2 consultations and unlimited texts and emails starting 60 days out from the wedding.
This price is based on 100 guests or less.
100 + additional $100
Travel rate may apply if outside of the Knoxville area.

We coordinate all of the following:
- Timeline management
- 1 hour Wedding Rehearsal
- Create a day of timeline/ order of events
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Coordinating the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Will lightly decorate the ceremony site
- Layout of decor such as linens, centerpieces, etc. on guest tables
- Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the family, wedding party, and guests as needed
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
- Providing a stocked emergency kit
- Dealing with any problems.
- Ensuring all important events occur at the time bride & groom desire
- This does not include table, chairs, or large equipment set up or tear down, or other vendor cleanup. These things can be added on. This does not include clean-up other than decor.

Partial Planning
$1400
For couples who have done part of their wedding by themselves, and now want someone to jump in and fine-tune all the details. I will come in, take over and handle the rest! This allows the couple to begin relaxing while I jump in to tie all the last minute details together!
This price is based on 100 guests or less

We coordinate all of the following:
- One welcome meeting upon booking for me to gain an overall understanding of your wedding ideas.
- Two phone calls before your big day to design the day of timeline and to go over your decor set up
- unlimited texts or emails
- I can help you locate & finalize details with up to three vendors.
- I can review budget and contract
- Provide a checklist/ itinerary so you keep on track
- Start coordinating process 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding and coordinate with all vendors involved
- Give your final guest count to vendors
- I can arrange a final walk-through and your vendors may join me
- Help with design layout and give digital layout if needed.
- Collect gratuities and distribute to those vendors
- Answer any questions your guests may have
- Make a detailed day-of timeline and distribute it to all vendors involved
- Management and coordination with all vendors and venue personnel
- Full decor set-up and breakdown for the ceremony and reception
- Keep everyone on track throughout the ceremony and reception
- Organize the send-of
- Make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner to begin the ceremony on time
- Bridal emergency kit (Tylenol, hem tape, kleenex, safety pins, band-aids, etc.)
- Conduct one-hour rehearsal
- 12 hour-coordination (decor set-up and breakdown included in this time) May rent any decor I have available for 20% off.
- This does not include table, chairs, or large equipment set up or tear down, or other vendor cleanup. These things can be added on. This does not include clean-up other than decor.

$2200
This price is based on 100 guests or less.

- Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials

- Wedding favors & accessories coordination
- Unlimited meetings and coordination time
- Attendance at vendor meetings
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Wedding Day
- I will be there the whole day , so you enjoy every moment of your wedding

We also offer a $30 per hour consulting package. This is a sit down or zoom meeting with bride to help her go over areas of concern.This is great for a DIY bride.
